Vinita Bali is a globally acclaimed business leader with deep expertise in strategy, marketing, and operational leadership across the food and nutrition industries. As former Managing Director & CEO of Britannia Industries, she led the company through a period of transformational growth—expanding its global footprint, diversifying its portfolio, and championing nutrition-focused innovation. Her leadership helped Britannia quadruple revenues and launch fortified products that addressed health and wellness.

With over 30 years of international experience, Vinita has held senior roles at Coca-Cola and Cadbury across markets including the US, UK, Africa, and Latin America. She also served as Managing Principal at Zyman Group, advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic growth. Post-2014, she has contributed to global governance as an independent director on the boards of Cognizant, Smith & Nephew, SATS, Syngene, and others.

A strong advocate for public health and women’s leadership, she formerly chaired the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN).
