A corporate trainer turned artist and entrepreneur, Ghazal, co-founded Mamaearth, driven by the passion for making early parenting, stress-free. As the Co-Founder and Chief Mama at Mamaearth, India’s first toxin-free baby care brand, Ghazal is responsible for product development and community management. She works closely with a large number of mothers to develop a product line that addresses problems that mothers face on a daily basis showing her commitment to customer satisfaction. In 2018-19, she received the award for the Best Brand of the Year for Mamaearth. She was one of the forty under forty achievers of India and Super Startups Asia Award. Ghazal was one of the most favorite judges on the Shark Tank India TV series. IPO-bound Honasa Consumer is ramping up efforts to expand the international market and has partnered with local channels for its venture into Bangladesh, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
