Genie Sugene Gan is a global cybersecurity and technology policy leader with over 20 years of experience spanning law, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, government, and emerging technologies. She currently serves in a C-suite strategy role overseeing operations across 94 countries, advising governments, enterprises, and international bodies on geopolitically driven cyber and AI strategy.



A qualified lawyer with a Juris Doctor and accredited international mediator, Genie began her career in Big Four firms before leading successful ventures and holding senior public-sector portfolios. She has completed executive education at INSEAD and serves on global advisory boards including the Global Council for Responsible AI and SGTech. A frequent keynote speaker at the UN, G20, ASEAN, and African Union platforms, she has received multiple honors including Asia Women Tech Leader 2025 and Cybersecurity Personality of the Year.
